We ship all Pure Happiness orders Pan-India with care. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, and charges.
Orders packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days
Pan-India delivery after dispatch (metro cities may be faster)
On all orders above ₹499. Flat ₹60 below that threshold
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS with a tracking number and courier partner details.

Free shipping on all orders above ₹499. A flat shipping charge of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹499.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We ship through trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Blue Dart, depending on your delivery location. The courier partner will be assigned at the time of dispatch.
COD is available for eligible pin codes across India. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹30 may be applied at checkout. To check if COD is available at your location, please enter your pin code at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order on the courier partner's website.
If you haven't received a tracking update within 3 business days of your order, please contact us and we'll look into it immediately.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will typically make up to 2–3 re-attempts. After failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
If a returned order is requested to be re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
