Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love every Pure Happiness product you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. After 7 days, we are unable to accept return requests.

If you received a damaged or wrong product, we are happy to offer a free replacement as an alternative to a refund. Replacements are dispatched within 2–3 business days after the return is received and verified.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91-9137837609. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, you may initiate a return upon delivery instead.

Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
