Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged
• Product received is incorrect

You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

If your return request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–7 business days

Replacement

In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer:

• Replacement of the same product
  or
• Refund, based on availability

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products
• Minor packaging damage (not affecting product quality)
• Personal preference (e.g., texture, fragrance, results)
