Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is incorrect
You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
If your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
Replacement
In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer:
- Replacement of the same product
or - Refund, based on availability
Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Minor packaging damage (not affecting product quality)
- Personal preference (e.g., texture, fragrance, results)

- Performing a patch test before full application
- Reviewing product details before purchase
